HONG KONG/SINGAPORE: Singapore’s state investor Temasek is in talks with a unit of Bank of China (BOC) to launch a US$1 billion (RM3.56 billion) to US$2 billion investment fund to focus on fast-growing infrastructure projects across China, sources said on July 9.
