After a lengthy drumroll, a new Hong Kong-inspired restaurant from Atlanta has finally arrived in Houston. Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, which announced its first Houston location before the pandemic, is now open at 1111 Shepherd just off the Washington Corridor.
