Hong Kong: Stocks Slump on Spanish Borrowing Costs

  HONG KONG – Asian stocks slumped Friday after a spike in Spanish government borrowing costs added to the uncertainty over Europe’s debt crisis and a report showed new house prices in China slid last month.
