Hong Kong police arrest minibus driver after collision in New Territories, 9 injured

A minibus driver in Hong Kong has been arrested after his vehicle collided with a street-sweeping truck in the New Territories, injuring nine people. Emergency personnel were called in on Tuesday after the collision occurred on Pak Wo Road in Fanling at around 1.44pm, according to police.
